About the Session
This evening brings together the gentle medicine of Blue Lotus Tea and the deeply restorative practice of Somatic Breathwork.
The combination supports:
• Nervous system regulation – shifting from stress and overwhelm into calm, safety, and balance.
• Emotional release & integration – creating space for clarity and inner stillness.
• Embodiment & presence – reconnecting to your body, breath, and heart.
• Subtle opening – Blue Lotus, known for its calming and heart-centered qualities, works in harmony with breath to deepen receptivity and awareness.
Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) has been revered since Ancient Egypt as a sacred plant for meditation, ritual, and connection to the divine. Traditionally used in temple ceremonies and as a symbol of rebirth, it is known for its gentle, heart-opening and calming qualities. In a tea ceremony, Blue Lotus invites participants into a state of relaxation, receptivity, and subtle expansion of awareness, supporting presence and connection with oneself and its intuition.
Somatic Breathwork – Circular Breathing
Somatic Breathwork uses a continuous, connected circular breathing technique to activate the body’s innate healing processes. This approach supports trauma recovery by engaging the nervous system, allowing stored stress and emotional imprints to surface safely and release through breath, sound, and movement. Through this practice, participants can cultivate resilience, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with embodied wholeness in a grounded and integrative way.
How to Prepare Yourself:
• Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session.

Elia Ui Kerbl
Elia Simon Ui Kerbl is a Breathwork practitioner rooted in trauma awareness, embodiment, and somatic practices. With a diploma in Social Pedagogy and Case Management, he turned toward inner work, exploring modalities like inner child healing, psychosomatic trauma work, system constellations, Tai Chi, and Qigong. This journey led him to the depth of conscious breathing—a transformative tool for resilience, regulation, and authentic self-connection.
Through Rooted in Breath – an inner journey to SELF, Elia guides individuals and groups in 1:1 sessions, group journeys, retreats, and online offerings. Integrating Rebirthing Breathwork, Water Rebirthing, Somatic Breathwork, biodynamic movement, and shamanic elements, he creates safe, trauma-sensitive spaces for release, truth, and embodiment. His vision is to bring Breathwork into diverse settings: from private persons, community circles and retreats to corporate wellness and holistic health institutions.
He believes in the healing power of conscious breathing to strengthen resilience, foster self-connection, and cultivate a sense of all-connectedness with nature, others, and life itself.
